Dinner with Talmage

Our dinner with Talmage was so great. He is truly inspirational. We enjoyed getting to know him better. We talked of his mission in Arizona and the areas he served, and that his favorite treat place was Neilson's Frozen Custard. We love that too! He showed us his book of poetry that he has published, along with two recorded cd's of his writings. They are mostly gospel centered and truly show the strong testimony that Talmage has. At the end of the book his mother wrote of the accident that Talmage had when he was five years old, and entitled it, "Heavenly Father's Will for Tal." They use to call him Tal when he was younger. He prefers Talmage now. There's no doubt that Talmage is one of Heavenly Father's most choicest children and that he has a great mission on this earth to share his testimony of Jesus Christ. We feel so blessed to have met Talmage and we look forward to continuing our friendship with him.
